Responsibility
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in compliance with company procedures.
- Perform loading and unloading of products using manual or mechanical equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage picking, packing, and labeling of orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space and improve workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with transportation teams to schedule shipments and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, such as delays or damages, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry) and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
