Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance.
- Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Identify and onboard high-quality suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
- Monitor market trends, material costs, and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, finance) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, leveraging data analytics and KPIs.
- Ensure ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in accordance with corporate policies and global standards.
- Manage inventory levels and lead times to support just-in-time manufacturing and reduce excess stock.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or CPSM/CSCP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- Proven track record of cost reduction, supplier development, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), Excel, and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global sourcing, logistics, and customs compliance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, or industry-specific certifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
