Responsibility
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to restore vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with paint technicians to ensure seamless refinishing and color matching.
- Inspect vehicles for hidden damages and provide accurate repair estimates.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Document repair processes and maintain detailed records for quality assurance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new repair techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
- Certification in automotive repair or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hydraulic presses, welding equipment, and other repair tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
