Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production line activities to ensure targets for production, quality, and delivery are met.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
- Ensure accurate documentation of production data, including output, defects, and downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process optimization.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools for production tracking.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
