Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the timely dispatch of packages from distribution centers to various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Develop and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and on-time performance.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to verify package readiness, accuracy, and compliance with dispatch protocols.
- Liaise with drivers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers to track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery times, vehicle assignments, and customer feedback.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and driver performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to deliveries, providing timely updates and solutions.
- Implement and adhere to safety and compliance standards for transportation and logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in transport coordination, dispatch, or logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in logistics software, route planning tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of Baliâs geography and traffic patterns, with the ability to optimize delivery routes.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Valid driverâs license and familiarity with local transportation regulations is a plus.
