Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using manual or digital tracking systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload delivery trucks efficiently.
- Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, damages, or shortages for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (entry-level candidates with enthusiasm are welcome).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
