Join Segi Fresh as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Supply Chain (Demand Planning) and take the lead in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations in the vibrant and dynamic region of Bali. As a key player in our supply chain team, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless alignment between supply and demand, minimizing stockouts while maximizing operational cost-effectiveness. Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain planning function, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and order management.
- Develop and implement data-driven demand planning models to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze DC capacity and inventory levels to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and supplier relationships to maintain a reliable and cost-effective supply network.
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance service levels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel-based models) and inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced), ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with lean supply chain principles and Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
