Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to streamline logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective services.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory, generate reports, and enhance decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing inventory accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software; familiarity with SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a bonus.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
