Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct audits, and ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics workflows.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for warehouse performance, including order fulfillment and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Lead and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and generate reports.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, and warehouse best practices.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations is a plus.
- Leadership skills with a track record of team management and process optimization.
