Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods through loading and unloading docks to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Oversee dock schedules and assign tasks to dock workers, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and inventory tracking.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with transportation and warehouse teams to streamline logistics processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of dock equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, drivers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications
