Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections of field equipment to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical faults using specialized tools and methodologies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in emergency standby duties to ensure rapid response to operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Perform calibration and testing of equipment to meet industry and safety standards.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability for urgent repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to mitigate risks in field operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Field Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or transport.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment testing.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in outdoor or challenging environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned regions in Bali.
- Strong communication skills in English for reporting and team coordination.
