Responsibility
- Perform thorough outgoing inspections of products, including appearance, dimensional accuracy, and packaging integrity.
- Verify compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality protocols.
- Document inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality issues and prevent defects.
- Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Ensure timely completion of inspections to meet production and shipment deadlines.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection data for traceability and audits.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with ERP or QMS software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
