Responsibility
- Coordinate and process customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across international markets.
- Liaise with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to verify order details, stock availability, and shipping schedules.
- Monitor order statuses and proactively resolve discrepancies, delays, or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update order management systems with real-time data, including tracking numbers, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Generate and analyze reports on order volumes, lead times, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customs and compliance teams to ensure all orders adhere to international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on order progress and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives to streamline order fulfillment and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a global or multi-country setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, order management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms is highly desirable.
