Responsibility
- Source and procure pharmaceutical and medical supplies from approved vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company procurement policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic procurement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
