Responsibility
- Assist in inventory tracking and management for equipment trading operations.
- Support the procurement team in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchase order processing.
- Contribute to supply chain optimization by analyzing logistics data and identifying inefficiencies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance, trends, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order fulfillment and distribution processes.
- Assist in IT system maintenance and data entry for inventory and sales databases.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to expand industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, or business operations is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills to balance internship and academic commitments.
