Responsibility
- Coordinate and process sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to confirm order details, lead times, and resolve discrepancies.
- Update and maintain ERP system records with real-time data on inventory, shipments, and order statuses.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or delays to prevent disruptions.
- Prepare and distribute logistics reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Assist in warehouse coordination, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective and compliant supply chain operations.
- Troubleshoot order fulfillment issues and implement corrective actions to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier and internal team interactions.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic data analysis is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
