Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role in logistics or supply chain
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in warehouse operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is a plus, but not required
