Responsibility
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with ISO9001 and other relevant standards.
- Utilize SAP systems to track and trace materials and products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and other shipment-related documents to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure continuous compliance with quality and safety protocols.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems for traceability and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control tools.
