Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within assigned sections to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and output.
- Collaborate with the Plant Head to develop and execute operational plans, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all manufacturing and logistics activities.
- Manage inventory levels, logistics coordination, and supply chain activities to minimize disruptions.
- Analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to optimize performance.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational metrics, challenges, and achievements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and operational software tools.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
