Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials and components meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards and their implementation.
- Experience conducting audits and managing quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., CQA, Six Sigma) is a plus.
