Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of materials, equipment usage, and emergency procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and minimize operational costs.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth supply chain operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Proven expertise in inventory management systems (SAP, WMS) and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Certifications in warehouse management, forklift operation, or OSHA safety are advantageous.
