Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, efficiency, and deadline targets.
- Monitor workflow and optimize processes to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Enforce safety protocols, SOPs, and quality control standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance performance and teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans for underperforming areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, maintenance) to streamline operations.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and cost-control metrics for management review.
- Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and coordinate with maintenance for swift resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and GMP practices.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities.
