Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to maintain product standards and compliance.
- Follow standardized work procedures and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Document production data, including output quantities, defects, and process deviations.
- Assist in material handling, inventory management, and workspace organization.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Production Operator, Machine Operator, or in a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic understanding of production metrics, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a 5-day workweek schedule with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
