In this strategic role, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive SHE policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Your expertise will be pivotal in fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across manufacturing, logistics, and transport divisions.
With 5–7 years of hands-on HSE experience in a multinational or large-scale industrial environment, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize risks, reduce incidents, and enhance environmental performance. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE management systems in alignment with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular SHE audits, inspections, and compliance reviews across all operational sites.
- Design and deliver SHE training programs for employees at all levels to promote awareness and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to integrate SHE objectives into business strategies and KPIs.
- Oversee emergency response planning and crisis management protocols.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and carbon footprint minimization.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal and contractual SHE requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in SHE management within manufacturing, logistics, or transport industries.
- Proven track record in implementing SHE frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA are highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international SHE regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SHE software, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
