Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if necessary).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when required.
