Responsibility
- Manage and monitor customer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and inventory availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement control measures to prevent stockouts or excess stock.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain production control systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve production-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
