Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with manufacturing timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time (JIT) strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with quality control to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on production performance, lead times, and capacity utilization for management review.
- Adjust schedules dynamically in response to demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, or equipment downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
