Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack products according to sales orders to ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy.
- Verify inventory levels and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming shipments while updating inventory systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly shipping targets.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or logistics (fresh graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg safely.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime or weekends, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
