Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional testing using calibrated tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, gauges, spectrophotometers).
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, defects, and deviations, with clear recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and verify compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP) and internal quality management systems.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics for audits and traceability.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, best practices, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2ā3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S) and inspection tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant standards is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software (e.g., SAP, MES).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with cross-functional teams.
