Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align maintenance activities with operational demands.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend proactive solutions.
- Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all maintenance operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, downtime analysis, and budget utilization for management review.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and maintenance planning software.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, ISO standards) and regulatory compliance in industrial settings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project) and data analysis tools.
