Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing motorcycle parts and accessories from local and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping, import/export documentation, and customs clearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock, reducing shortages or excesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to secure competitive pricing and reliable supply chains.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, budgets, and cost comparisons to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards for all procured materials.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align purchasing strategies with business demand and growth objectives.
- Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, or supplier issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or shipping, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping logistics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize procurement strategies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or Mandarin is a plus.
