Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of quotation analysts, materials analysts, and support staff to deliver high-quality, timely quotations.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, engineering, finance) to gather accurate cost data and technical specifications.
- Ensure all quotations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and supply chain dynamics to refine quotation models.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms for materials and services.
- Prepare and present detailed quotation reports to senior management and clients.
- Streamline quotation processes using data-driven tools and automation where applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quotation management, pricing analysis, or cost estimation, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or quotation software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Deep understanding of supply chain economics, material costs, and procurement strategies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple high-priority projects.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
