Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory by labeling, sorting, and storing goods in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery vehicles and optimize space utilization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25 kg, with attention to safety protocols.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as operational needs arise.
- Certification in forklift operation or willingness to undergo training (if required).
- Commitment to adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
