Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily manpower deployment to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
- Develop and maintain efficient shift schedules that align with operational demands and employee availability.
- Monitor and manage workforce attendance, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and adjust resources accordingly.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Resolve workforce-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on workforce metrics, including attendance, productivity, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce management, logistics, or a supervisory role within manufacturing or transport sectors.
- Proven ability to manage shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower deployment effectively.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with workforce management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
