Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet organizational procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities to improve procurement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, spending, and savings to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of contract law, inventory management, and supplier evaluation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
