Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of retail goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and implement corrective actions to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with retail managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Generate and analyze warehouse performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment to support smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the retail or logistics industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working in Bali or a similar high-demand retail market is a plus.
