Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety and quality protocols to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records for regulatory purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require standing, lifting, and manual dexterity.
