Join Hume Cement Sdn Bhd as a Pyro Production Patroller and play a critical role in ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of our high-temperature production environments. As a Pyro Production Patroller, you will monitor and patrol pyro processing areas, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and security measures. Your vigilance will help prevent hazards, mitigate risks, and maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.

Responsibility
- Conduct regular patrols of pyro production areas to identify and report potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety regulations, and security protocols.
- Monitor equipment and machinery to detect malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
- Document and report incidents, near-misses, and safety violations promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and safety improvements.
- Assist in emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid if required.
- Maintain accurate logs of patrol activities, inspections, and safety checks.
- Participate in safety training and drills to enhance preparedness and awareness.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; higher education in safety or industrial fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, or safety roles is preferred.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in high-temperature and physically demanding environments.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Certification in occupational safety (e.g., OSHA) is an advantage.
