Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all planning activities.
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in semiconductor or capital equipment industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
