Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and maintain inventory records using ECOUNT ERP, ensuring data integrity and real-time tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Develop and implement efficient shop logistics processes to enhance workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and shipping accuracy.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand and align inventory with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.
- Troubleshoot logistics-related issues and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (ECOUNT or similar) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or retail logistics is a plus.
