Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers for event merchandise, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best terms for the company.
- Manage the procurement process, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or supplier disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
