Responsibility
- Operate mobile cranes (e.g., hydraulic, lattice boom) safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position heavy loads.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes, including checking hydraulic systems, cables, and hooks for wear or damage.
- Follow all safety protocols, including load capacity limits, signal communication, and site hazard assessments.
- Collaborate with ground crews, riggers, and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination during lifting operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on crane equipment as needed.
- Adhere to local and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, Indonesian occupational safety standards).
- Assist in setting up and dismantling cranes at project sites, including stabilizing outriggers and assembling boom sections.
Qualifications
- Valid Mobile Crane Operator Certification (e.g., CCO, NCCCO, or equivalent Indonesian certification).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience operating mobile cranes in construction, logistics, or industrial settings.
- Proven ability to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and lifting plans.
- Strong understanding of crane mechanics, rigging techniques, and load dynamics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and communication skills.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including climbing, lifting, and operating controls for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Bali’s industrial sites and logistics operations is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as project demands require.
