Responsibility
- Analyze transactional and operational data to identify potential fraud patterns and risks.
- Design and implement risk mitigation controls and monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to address risk-related issues.
- Develop and maintain risk assessment frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on risk analysis.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging risks to proactively adjust strategies.
- Support the development of training programs to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk analysis, fraud prevention, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are a plus.
- Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous.
