Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and secure delivery of products.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Monitor and manage warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the storage and handling of firearms and ammunition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
