Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including proper storage of products and materials.
- Perform regular inventory counts and update records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move products.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to company and industry standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles to ensure timely and damage-free transportation.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle products weighing up to 25 kg.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
