Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring products are easily accessible and properly labeled.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to Alfamart retail outlets across Bali.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (assistance provided for heavier loads).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read orders, labels, and inventory lists.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
