Responsibility
- Conduct regular audits of inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and present detailed summary reports on material usage, stock levels, and discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, optimizing warehouse space.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including barcode scanning and ERP software.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Develop and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency in material handling and storage.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all material management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in material control, inventory management, or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
