Responsibility
- Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment, adhering to efficiency and accuracy targets.
- Sort, organize, and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Report discrepancies, defects, or inventory shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or QA/QC experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods (up to 20-25 kg).
- Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, inventory systems) are advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing lists, and quality checklists.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is a bonus.
