Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage import/export shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with customers, carriers, and agents to facilitate smooth freight operations.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Resolve freight operations issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, import/export operations, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
