Responsibility
- Conduct daily checks and calibration of weighing scales using test weights to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in monthly and year-end inventory counts, ensuring all records are precise and up-to-date.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products, verifying quantities and quality.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and other warehouse documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
